Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the request status, doctor review status, consultation slot status, and payment status. If a request cannot be reviewed or fulfilled, our support team can help evaluate the case.

Once a doctor has reviewed and issued a certificate, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or where MCME confirms a service failure.
