Refund Policy

A refund is initiated only if the doctor is not satisfied to give you a medical certificate after doctor consultation, in cases such as:

• The patient is less than 18 years old and is not willing to arrange a doctor consultation with their guardian.
• The doctor confirms you have submitted old reports and are asking for leave now.
• You are not able to provide vitals like BP, pulse, or a 15-minute walking video for a fitness certificate.
• The doctor feels that leave/WFH is not necessary for your health condition (e.g. alopecia, regular health check-ups).

PLEASE NOTE REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING FOR DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION AFTER PAYMENT, OR REJECTING THE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE.

Refund will be initiated within 24–48 working hours in special cases where the doctor is not able to go ahead with your medical certificate.

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IF IN CASE THE DOCTOR IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IN CASES MENTIONED ABOVE, THE DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION FEE OF RS. 250 WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.

Refunds will be processed and credited to you within 10–15 days, via the original mode of payment, once approved.
