We provide medical certificate services, including online medical certificates and consultations. Our services are intended for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
MCME DIGI HEALTH CAN NEVER BE PROVIDED FOR COMPENSATING YOUR PERSONAL LEAVES EITHER IN THE PAST OR PRESENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY GENUINE MEDICAL CONDITION, PLEASE DON'T WASTE BOTH OF OUR PRECIOUS TIME. WE CAN NEVER PROVIDE YOU ANY MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE US PROPER MEDICAL HISTORY OR REPORTS WHEREVER NEEDED.
All doctor consultations are done with the patient only, not with attendees, except when the patient is below 18 years of age or not able to communicate in the doctor's language — in such cases translation is allowed by attendees.
I give consent for doctor's consultation through my mobile number provided below and I agree to provide all medical details and documents (especially when I want leave for more than 7 days) that my doctor asks for during consultation, and I AM FULLY AWARE THAT THE NUMBER OF DAYS, DURATION, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT ARE SOLELY DEPENDENT ON DOCTOR'S DISCRETION AND AGREE FOR THE SAME.
I agree to provide all basic details like name, age, gender, mobile number, government ID proof, and employer/organization details accurately as per my knowledge to process my medical certificate.
I confirm that all the medical information and documents shared by me during doctor consultation are 100% authentic, and I AM AWARE THAT EITHER THE DOCTOR OR THE MCMEDIGIHEALTH.COM PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IN CASE I HAVE PROVIDED FAKE MEDICAL HISTORY OR MISUSED THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY.
I confirm that I will not use the medical certificate issued here for any medico-legal issues in a court of law.
Certificates are generated based on NMC guidelines and no modifications can be done. If you need customisation, please reach out to us at support@mcmedigihealth.com — please be assured customisation can only be done if the doctor is satisfied to go ahead.
We don't mention the location on the certificate, as we are an online medical certificate platform and serve all over India. However, we provide the NMC-registered doctor's name, qualification, registration number, and the contact details of the doctor's coordinator on the certificate for verification purposes, if needed.
5. Payment Terms
