Users must provide accurate information, valid contact details, and relevant supporting documents. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or a specific certificate outcome.

Payments, consultation slots, certificate delivery timelines, and support responses may vary based on doctor availability, case complexity, and verification requirements.
